taste salmon with peas taste

Serves 4
calories per serving: 314

What use?

2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy
1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated or peeled and finely chopped 4 salmon fillets from
100/125 grams (you can do it with lean meat)
1 tablespoon mint or cilantro for garnish
drained 1 can of peas (or fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (but it's good enough olive oil) a pinch of salt

What to do?
1. We use the oven, it must be heated to about 200 degrees.
2. Take a pot with water and boil
3. In a bowl, add the honey, soy and ginger and emulsified (ie, beat the whole)
4. Place the salmon on the baking tray and brush with the sauce just made and add a little 'pepper over
5. Cook the peas in a box for a couple of minutes (if you use fresh or frozen regulator in the cooking time)
6. Drain the peas and Serve with salmon
